Core Service Introduction
Design Services consist of three different Teams: Support Team, Production Team and Division Services Team.
Support Team:
The LOS Design Support Team is our foundation to a long-lasting career with Lone Oak Solutions. In this role you will experience New Team Member training in both AutoCAD and Revit. During this training you will gain knowledge of US construction documents along with the drawing standards provided by our US partner David Weekley Homes. Your growth and development will continue by working on a variety of projects that includes converting construction documents into address specific construction documents for permitting and starts, Plan Change Requests, Homebuyer Custom Requests, Lot Fit Packages ,Plot Plans and Flooring Cut Sheets.The variety of projects and skillsets gained provide an opportunity for advancement within the company.
Production Team:
Production Team is responsible for creating construction documents for our exclusive partner David Weekley Homes utilizing Auto Cad and Revit. The construction documents include Foundation Plans, Floor Plans, Basement Plans (if applicable), Electrical Plans, Framing Plans, Interior Elevations, Exterior Elevations and Roofing Plans in compliance with specific requirements and details specified by the permitting authority in various markets.
Division Services Team:
Division Services Team is responsible for converting construction documents into address specific construction documents for permitting and starts. Address specific construction documents are specific plans which include all the options chosen that will comprise the final layout of a home. The Division Services Team is also responsible for Plan Change Requests, Homebuyer Custom Requests, Lot Fit Packages and Plot Plans.
