Position: Support Designer/Production Designer/ Division Services Designer

Job Description

Lone Oaks Solutions LLP provides Design & Architectural services to its principals in USA who are, progressive leaders in the homebuilding industry and nationally recognized for award winning designs, is seeking qualified individuals to join our Design teams. These team members will have a key role in the development of product for our various cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of both single-family and multi-family architectural plans for our various cities.
  • Ensures that all architectural plans are compliant with the codes. And requirements specified by the permitting authority in various cities.
  • Revise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinates all sheets that are affected by any changes.
  • Develop details per drawing specifics.
  • Ensures established deadlines are met.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil
  • Knowledge of residential plans and construction.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit is required.
  • Knowledge of residential construction drawings.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English language.
  • An ideal candidate will possess the following essential soft skills: Team player, Excellent time and Project management, Problem solving, Sense of Urgency, Creative, Detail oriented, and a great deal of flexibility.

  • An effective communicator. You effectively explain concepts, written and verbally, to other developers. A whiteboard is the natural extension of your brain.
  • Be technically solid in programming and act as a strong support to team of developers based out of our Vadodara office.
  • Work with our client in Houston, Texas, USA, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and other as-needed audio- and/or video teleconferencing sessions.
  • Write clean code with good nomenclature, sensible tests and comments when necessary.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests.
  • Implement new features and fix bugs in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, SQL and other technologies.
  • Evolve databases and manage schema migrations in coordination with new features.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in computer programming
  • 6+ years experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET stack
  • Strong command of verbal and written English language
  • The ins and outs of C#, SQL, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, Razor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Knowledge of MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, IoC, and other design patterns
  • Experience with a JavaScript templating engine such as Knockout or Angular
  • Git (or other distributed source code management tools) knowledge
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  • An ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and share a sense of urgency
  • The capacity to thrive in a small, flexible and dynamic environment
