On a personal level, I have not only grown in my current role but also had the opportunity to explore other areas of interest. Our managers are transparent and approachable, valuing our caliber while encouraging us to expand our horizons. Learning from and interacting with skilled members from different teams, all working towards a common goal, has been a fantastic experience for me. The mission and values that LOS holds are not just words on the walls, from sustainability initiatives to community outreach, every Oakster truly practices what they preach.
